suggestions on making a red blood cell board game that teaches players about them?

im doing an assignment where i need to choose a specific cell type to investigate, and ive chosen red blood cells. where trying to make a board game so far all we’ve come up with is all these little red blood cell pieces we made out of this red cotton, wire stuff. and the pathway of the board is going to be through veins.. also they can pick up O2 and CO2. we just.. dont know what else we have to do. we have cards of questions but dont no what the aim of the game is or anything haha. any suggestions please anyone? anything at all..
